From ABC News.
"Seven in 10 Americans see global warming as a serious problem facing the country, enough to fuel broad support for federal efforts to limit greenhouse gas emissions--even if it raises their own energy costs, a new ABC/Washington Post poll finds."
"Further, among those who do see global warming--also known as climate change--as a serious problem, the vast majority, 83%, say it's 'very serious' "
"The administration today announced plans to cut carbon pollution from existing power plants by 30 percent from their 2005 levels by 2030. States are to be given targets based on their current emissions".
Gee, if only make up their minds. Is it warming, cooling or what!!!Thought we were were supposed to in an Ice age, according to the 80's predictions.

What a bunch of shit. There is tons of proof that the Ice caps are growing, which lowers the sea level, and the air temps are going down. No lefty nut wants to hear that news, right Brian?

Obviously, seven in ten Americans are idiots who listen to too much main stream media. "Climate Change" as it is now called, since the drastic cooling they first predicted didn't happen, and then the drastic warming fizzled, and the dozens of horribly strong hurricanes didn't show up, is a silly farce.
One large sunspot, or lack thereof, has more effect on the temperature of the surface of earth, than all of the CO2 in the atmosphere. Funny, many of those same "Climate Change Experts" seem to leave sunspot activity out of their computations, but there is a reason. Sunspots can't be predicted, so their "precise" predictions then become nothing more than tarot card readings for dumbasses who will send more money to Al Gore, who has become wealthy from his BS.

One can construct poll questions to yield any result the desire - and anyone who thinks ABC and Washington Post would look to conduct a poll that might tell something other than supporting leftist policies is gullible.
Without defining how much such a federal policy would cost consumers, the question is meaningless. Just a few years ago ABC and Washington Post were screaming about the oil men in the White House being responsible for 3 dollar a gallon gas. Now with gas almost 4 dollars you can hardly find an article mentioning, let alone assigning political blame for it.

Since only liberals watch ABC News, that means the majority of liberals back new EPA rules. And, 83% of liberals believe in global warming, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, and Santa Claus.

Yeah, epa.gov is a real unbiased source. If you believe that source, you'll believe anything.

Mr Iron, Brian posted results based on what the majority of Americans believe. This shows most people accept the fact as expressed by the great majority of scientific research.
It was not a debate over weather you and others are willing to believe those facts.

The true facts are not what is published, what is published is to deceive the public into paying there hard earned money to creeps like Al Gore. You are drinking the cool-aid.
