I remember in '63 in Montana when it dropped to 56 BELOW in January and also seeing it snow in July (I can't remember which year). There have been hot and cold years since this earth began, including at least 4 ice ages. August '95 I was in Glacier Park and it snowed. End of September, it starts getting cold up there. I'm not getting my nose bent over this. That's part of the reason I now live in Florida.
