I live north of both towns.
They stopped him for no left signal at mile marker 131.
He was randomly shooting at people in their cars. He got off at loop 338 headed north from 1-20. He shot someone at Mission Dorado on Faudree road.
He got on SH 191 and these shootings and Chase continued for an hour.
They have 42nd St shut down all the way to Tanglewood and it will be shut down until 4 am.
I-20 is shut down from Midland to Odessa until 4 am.
They have Cinergy Cinema blocked where they killed the shooter and it will be all night.
I heard a National news man, I don't know how you handled this in small towns with no centers for it.
Those towns are not small and our responders drill for situations like this several times a year.
There have been a lot of donations of food, supplies, and blood.
Both malls were locked down to avoid tragedy.
He shot at a woman at a red light shooting. She got off at University Blvd. and he stopped pursuing her.
He was shooting at people at red lights.
A highway patrolman was shot. Serious but stable condition.
Odessa policeman shot...stable condition.
Midland policeman shot...stable condition.

We lost an Ector School District student.The shooter got off at exit 161 and broke the barrier. They took him out.
This was drive by shooting.
Castro was immediately on TV, we have to have gun laws.
Quit using these tragedies within two minutes to push this.
