I am the nephew of Dr. James J Walker PhD nuclear physics who before his passing was the lead scientist at Los Alamos testing lab. He had the research and development of this weapon ready for operational phase in the year 2006. During Mr Obama's first term of his presidency a lobbyist was sent to seek money to put the weapon in operational phase. He angrily said NO!! At that time Only he, My Uncle, and the other scientists involved were aware of the R&D document. In the year 2017 Putin took the stage and bragged about. having the weapon in operational phase. Here in America it lingers still in limbo because of Obama.
Jim told me the weapon if used against Russia would turn Russia into a brisket if it carried the warhead the R&D documented in his lab. They are not even contemplating using a nuclear warhead on the delivery they are failing to put into operational phase today. Where is my uncle's R&D. Did Obama and Clinton sell it to Putin masked by a uranium sale?!? If not how did Putin copy Jim's work while Jim rested in his grave??
Reproducing Jim's work would be like hitting eighty HR'S. BUT THE POSSIBILITY OF CLINTON SELLING IT TO PUTIN is much more likely.

The lobbyist that tried to convince Obama to build the weapon was a guest on the Mark Levin show Fox News. He spoke of two attempts to convince Obama to build the weapon. I'm a designer of special machines for the auto industry and we use the term build instead of my uncle's pious "Operational phase".
