About 8 million undocumented immigrants participate in our labor force. Our economy has absorbed these workers, and employers (Including Trump) would like more of them, given the low unemployment rate. Especially in the areas of farming, construction, hospitality and child care, employers say there are no unemployed Americans ready to do the jobs filled by these foreign workers. We have an anxious work force waiting at our southern border. Let's stop fussing about "illegal immigration" and ramp up the process of screening out the bad hombres and start putting the good ones to work. We will need plenty of workers if we ever get going on Trump's promised grand plan for improving our crumbling infrastructure.
They can start by building suitable temporary housing for themselves while they wait for the green light.

Everybody knows these poor desperate people are coming to the U.S. looking for work. Everybody knows our employers are ignoring their obligation to deny employment to undocumented applicants. Trump could put a stop to this out-of-control migration by announcing that the Trump organization will fire all foreign workers employed by them and will require every American employer to do the same. Requiring our citizens to pay an additional sales tax on goods coming across the Mexican border will do nothing to deter people from coming here looking for jobs. Do we really think that Mexico can help us solve our immigration problem when we can't do it ourselves?

Duh, yes! Their immigration laws are much stricter than ours. They are just allowing it to happen on purpose. So even if the people are mostly good, the political leaders are not. Apply pain until the problem is resolved. Because until the D's and Rino's are voted out the president's hands are tied by the left and lawsuits.

No problems at the border, right? Wednesday a group of 1,036 undocumented democRats were caught trying to enter the United States near El Paso, Texas as a group. Yes democRats are that stupid. Border Patrol said this year 180 large groups of illegal democRats have been caught trying to cross the first few months of 2019. The month of May alone 46 large groups totaling 9.200 were caught. This last group was able to breach a levy and some fencing before caught. No matter how high you build a fence if they are opened at both ends they are worthless.

The group, most were from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. The last time I looked these governments were not conducting genocide on their citizens even though they are democRats, not worth the dirt they are made of. Footage of these 1,036 dumber than dirt democRats trying to cross is here https://www.cbsnews.com/news/border-patrol-apprehends-1000-migrants-trying-to-cross-border-as-a-group/

Think these idiots traveled through Mexico without beong noticed? If that were the case they would be wandering in Brazil by now hopelessly lost. A country that see democRats as a burden on their country pointed the way to the US every few blocks along the way. Border Police said half had peterS address in their pocket.

**Hummmmm......thousands "got caught"......'OK"....How many didn't get caught? How many are "dedicated enemies of America, that "Didn't get caught"? EVEN THOSE "ENEMIES", WON'T VOTE.....tHEY HAVE OTHER THINGS IN MIND! I don't have a clue as to why these Liberals, keep sending the same "Bogus" politicians back to serve the country we love! It has to be, that they are easily led, & have extremely low IQ's.....{ That can be the only reason}.......They don't have any concept of patriotism, personal responsibility, or decent motivation!

So....All you Liberals, "out there", that read this.....consider the future of your Country, & the children, & grandchildren, that you are committing to a world of political insanity, & chaos.....{ YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT!}

Employers say there are no unemployed Americans willing to do the work? What they mean is willing to work for peanuts with no insurance. There are a number of states where welfare pays more than minimum wage. If these people HAD to get a job they would.
Every year there are more than 300,000 children born to wetbacks. That means mommy and daddy wetback get to stay in this country and collect benefits. There are hospitals in El Paso where wetbacks sneak in or just come on in shortly before they give birth and go to these hospitals for a taxpayer funded birth of an anchor baby. They actually outnumber the American births. The practice of granting birth citizenship to the children of wetbacks is a legal fiction and was never intended when the 14th Amendment was written, as can be found in the writings of the actual authors of the Amendment. There is no doubt that they did not mean aliens. Subject to the jurisdiction means a little more than having to obey the speed limits. Subject to the jurisdiction also means you can legally work here, pay taxes, serve in the military, vote, and be charged with treason. This does not apply to any wetback. It does not require a Constitutional Amendment to correct this. It simply requires a Congress with balls.
Come to think of it, the Amendment might be easier.

This is all part of the democrats not working with the President. They know full well the border is a problem but they won't lift a finger. Trump has offered several things and they have rejected everything. Is this their way of saying they don't care about this country no matter who it hurts?

Of course they don't care about our country or us, only about jeeping and increasing their own power and wealth. The democrats have made their intentions concerning immigration and the border so publicly clear, not even an idiot could misunderstand. But it doesn't matter because all our citizens living on freebies will continue to vote for the dems. And so will any foreigners such as ones that have become citizens.

Well, I do not know that they are all coming here for work. In fact, I think they are all coming here for all the freebies in the USA, all of which they have heard plenty about from others already here and sending word back home. And you say we can't solve our immigration problems ourselves, but that is NOT true. We are the ONLY ones that CAN solve it. It is a critical problem for the future of our country but it is not being solved because our own congresses/governments REFUSE to do anything but increase the problem. It doesn't take a genius to come up with simple solutions, but that doesn't matter as long as we are under the control of people who do not want it solved. So, expect it ALL to keep getting worse and worse, every aspect of immigration, both illegal and legal.

Actually it helps Mexico to enforce their own laws, most are not Mexicans.

While all the attention currently is on illegals from CA, etc, arriving by the thousands, you can be sure that others, including Mexicans, are slipping in quietly, unnoticed.

I hear ya. When welfare benefits pay more than minimum wage, it's time to raise the minimum raise and require all employers to provide health insurance to their employees. 300,000 wetback babies represent a small percentage of the 4,000,000 babies born each year in America. The total fertility rate in 2018 in America was below what is considered the level needed for a population to replace itself. A congress with balls would figure out a way to help these newcomers integrate into our society. We need them.
