I am Jean I. Ramos, Quinault Tribal member #1361, I am an Elder Quinault woman who resides in the tiny, Indian village of Queets on the Washington Coast.
My question is: Is Tribal Sovernity still applicable when the American Indians have DIS-Integrated Into Society.
e've diluted ourselves to extinction.
