The shooters father came out today and blamed the NRA for his son's shooting spree. They are a wealthy Democrat family and the father has ties to the upper Democrat elite. Notice: Santa Barbara has tough gun control laws. That's why no law-abiding citizen could stop the maniac until the police got there. One armed civilian could have cut that mass murder at least by half.
