The decisions of the Grand Jury is always protected by law for security reasons. These Grand Jury consisted of 19 lawyers majority of them were democrats and donors to Hillary Clinton. But they could not find a shred of evidence linking president Trump to Russia Collusion.

That was the Mueller and the 19 Grand Jury reported along with the 40 FBI's had decided.
