Don't Ya Love Companies That Try To Rip You Off

Well it's 4:00 o.clock and time to try again to get a live person to help my warrantied HP computer. I did a system recovery yesterday that said it will leave your files It left my files but took every program that came with the computer.

This is what I typed into my first so called live chat.
"I have a few issues. When ever I have tried to use System restore it fails. I am logged in as administrator yet can't preform any of the tasks, audio I keep having no sound. I repair it and it keeps telling me it needs to be the default but it is. My 2 year warranty ends in May and I would really like to get these issue solved."

After no answer I added this to my second try.
"I would also like to know after doing a recovery where do I get the programs that came with the computer that are now gone?"

Third time is suppose to be the charm and I added this:
"The main issue is as many times over these past 2 years as I tried to get through to a live person every time I have tried, but once it has been a total waste of time. And after 15 minutes of waiting since I hit the 'start chat' icon I'm beginning to think I have just wasted more time. So now is a final attempt to reach you. I will ‎then go postal and use the added protection I bought when making the buy and take it back. This time doing it right and buy a Dell."

It's now 6:00. Been on the phone now listening to HP try to sell me more junk for 10 minutes waiting for a tect or my phone to go dead. They tell me I can go where I just wasted an hour to get 'fast help' Hulk want's to smash!

Here is what is going to happen. At best some guy will come on the phone named Al who has such a bad accent I won't understand ask me 64 question. After I answer them he will get his boss, the guy snickering setting next to him who will start asking the same question I will get pissed off and slam my phone down. But I think my phone will go dead since it's now 6:20. Once I started repeating after each question 'asked and answered'.The response was "you have been here before'.

Here I am eating my dinner and someone answered the phone but they have got to get a hold of the specialist on my HP OMEN computer.

Here is what I found out HP WARRANTY ISN'T WORTH THE PAPER IT IS PRINTED ON. They no longer waste time giving you 64 questions and basically told me 'Tuff Shit'.The company will be belly up in less than 2 years and I will do everything I can to make it so. Now don't get me wrong that all computer manufactures are shysters. Dell bends over backwards to make their people happy But if you ever need to throw away $2,500 go buy and HP gaming computer. This ain't over. I dump it at Frys or start filing papers at the court house. I love this crap, spending a dollar to get back a dime.

I’ve just wrestled with a large company for three weeks over a mistake they made. I think I finally settled it today. I’ll find out in a couple of weeks, but I’m not letting go.
I’m not paying a dime if I can help it with a lawyer.

You must not have dealt w/ Dell lately. It took me 8 hours to get a return authorization after I had spent 14 hours talking to various techs who all had the same script.

I sent a letter with copies of invoices showing how much I had spent w/ Dell @ various companies I had operated or started up for others & assured them I would never buy another Dell product.

I received a nice letter offering to replace the computer I had sent back for free. I assured them I was indeed through w/ Dell. I have never bought another Dell product, never will.

Here's the simplest solution; learn Mandarin and call a factory technician in China.

Before I finish a business deal no matter how large or small I tell them that I'm going to be an advertisement. What I advertise......Is up to THEM. Seems to work pretty good.
