Hosea chapter 10

Verse 1

Israel would be conquered by Assyria and forget they were ever God’s children. It is God’s will that parents teach their children. Deuteronomy 6:7 God is in control. Children should be introduced to the heavenly Father by the earthly father. Instead of using the Torah to make a great society, Jezebel, who was queen of Israel, used it to get liars to falsely accuse a man, kill him, take his land, and give it to her husband.

Verse 2 and 3

America has no king. Religion misleads us. It has us putting ourselves and our feelings before our intellect. Our understanding of Christianity is coming from those who never followed Christ. God gave us His law to guide society. We use God’s word to point fingers and accuse. We are all sinners. The only sin we should worry about is our own.

Verse 4

You could not trust anybody. Jeroboam made priests of the lowest of men. It is still going on today. A man brings his family to a church because he likes the way God’s word is taught, the pastor sleeps with the man’s wife. God’s word says don’t commit adultery. How can you teach God’s word and live contrary to God’s word? How can we have gay clergy?

Verse 5 - 8

These were all cities and peoples in Israel. Assyria will conquer Israel. God will say what He is going to do before He does it. Amos 3:7 If God’s word was accurate then, it is and will be accurate in the future.

Verse 9

What happened in Gibeah is found in the 19th chapter of Judges. Gibeah had militant perverts. Perverts should be ashamed of their perversion. Gay pride? If you are gay, why should you be proud? The smell alone should be a deterrent. In Revelation 17:4 the great whore has a golden cup full of abominations and filthiness. Oprah encourages women to be proud of killing her child. Some women walk down the street holding a sign saying we should keep killing our children. If you don’t want to have a child then don’t have sex. Abstinence works every time it’s tried.

Verse 10 and 11

You can put no limitation on the holy spirit/.Two different interpretations of the same scripture may be correct. The two furrows may be the two calves Jeroboam put in Dan and Bethel for Israel to worship, or it may refer to the two iniquities in Jeremiah 2:13.

Verse 12 and 13

Actions have consequences. We can choose our actions, but not the consequences of our actions. What kind of future can we expect from murdering 70 million of our own children? How can politicians be opposed to a border protecting the country that made them rich? How long will America last giving welfare to illegal immigrants, while veterans are put on a list for medical care?

Verse 14 and 15

Bethel was one of the cities Jeroboam put a golden calf for Israel to worship instead of the true God. He was trying to secure his office. Some give taxpayer money to illegal immigrants in exchange for a vote to keep them in office.
