Rich people seldom face real justice she should serve some time and it should be in the same prision the average American would go to.

No,she didnt take the plea,unlike Felicity Huffman who faces only 23 moths in jail vs 20 yrs she could of spent!!

I don't know. I like the woman. She did wrong and must pay, but I guess I still remember her as Aunt Becky. I don't want to see Aunt Becky in the hoos gow. Make her pay a fine, community service. She is too pretty to go to jail. She is definitely way prettier than Jussie, and Hillary, and Rev. Al. Nobody put them in jail. If ugly don't go to jail, why should pretty ?

I doubt she will see a prison door. No I don’t think the penalty is too severe. I am having a problem with her saying she will not accept it. I have never heard of anyone having a choice if a judge passes sentence. I don’t even know who she is, don’t have a tv, don’t go to movies.
Kids bought me an iPad, don’t really know much about it but it does not take up much space.

As always they were just looking for some show of remorse. Instead, Ms Laughlin thumbed her nose at them. Of course 40 years is ridiculously long. If found guilty, maybe she should get just enough time to humble her a bit. Epstein the child trafficker only got 18 months ... I mean, come on!

I agree, everyone should have to pay a BIG fine and serve time. I think 24-36 months would be sufficient to teach them a lesson and to show the rest of the elites the laws also apply to them. The same thing should be happening to those Senators and Congress people who violate the laws like writing bad checks, dui, tax evasion, sexual harassment, etc. No one should be above the law!!

Martha Stewart was also too pretty to go to prison,however, she did wrong and she had to pay the price. What, are we going to now let all the pretty people off with the crimes they commit???
