One of your best efforts, Ol' feller, and those last two are priceless. Could it be possible you're improving with age

Do you follow #7 after you have been sipping Jack or not? Those last two are fabulous thanks for the post badbobby as they were all good as usual.

Nah.

That sign with the mosquito should have Alaska on it. Their mosquitoes are so big, you have to have a permit to shoot them, and they dress out to an average of 6 pounds each. There is no bag limit.

Never having been to Alaska, I will certainly take your word for it. I have now been forewarned to wear protective mosquito masks/gear.

Alaska mosquitoes only have a short season to grow
too cold
whereas South Texas skeeters have year round to grow
just like when two Alaskan skeeters were arguin bout what to do with their victim
one said l"lets take him down to Texas to eat him"
the other skeeter said"oh ,no,the Texas skeeters will take him away from us"

LOL ! ! ! We used to smoke cigars to keep the skeeters off us. It worked well, but the smell of cigar smoke is enough to gag a maggot! As in other parts of the USA, cold weather shortens their ability to attack. Texas does have a winter, but milder than other parts of the country.

Dryer sheets work well to keep skeeters away. Mike

I was going to 'gee whiz' someone about our skeeters when I said "I can see the writing under their wings". Was outdone when he 'bragged' that he could see the rivets in the wheel well doors" on his.
I gave up.
