The core premise being how would you know, "retaliating" against a hispanic person is a crime, a hate crime to be exact.
Your premise would argue that if you killed someone, would it be a crime if they turned out to be an illegal alien?

Not what I said!! Undocumented persons seem to b getting out of hand ie: murder, rape, etc. I do not promote murder! It was hypothetical!! People are getting tired of it and may take matters in their own hands if a loved one is harmed! It was a cynical remark that’s all! They seem to get away with many things being undocumented and all and not held accountable! Just a snarky remark!
