P-Man. Don't cut yourself short. I disagree with most people on a myriad of subjects....but even then I learn in the disagreement.
You have provoked me to thought on several occasions. That's more than many have done.
I value your opinion.
As the man said.....hang in there.

John Denver, "Some days are diamonds. Some days are stones."
You had a "stone". Tomorrow may be a huge diamond.
It's not a relapse, and please don't see it that way.
It's the whole you, who you are. Learning to live with this side of you will take time. Like anyone else it is a lifes journey.
Your genes are not separated into the Good side, and the bad side, the Well side and the ill side. It's you as a whole. Again, it's not like an alien thing that jumped onto to your life, it's all of who you are.
Love yourself, groom your focus to be in charge of the non-focus. After awhile you will become in control of the loose thoughts rather than them being in control of you.
You've the same journey as anyone else, maybe with varying burdens, but the same journey. No need to apologize, your own recognition of loose thoughts and putting them on the sideline is an excellent thing~
Many of us see, understand, and your well excepted on this forum, as well as appreciated~
I appreciate your journey, believe me!
