I'll keep my initial post simple. My question is for those on the right, left, and center. What do you think of this border wall?

It will work until someone invents this.

What is your solution? Do you have one or do want open borders? You're good at saying what won't work contrary to Border Agents who say what will. We're not looking for 100% perfection. What is it that you do not understand about this being an actual invasion of a sovereign nation? You're hysterical about Russia hacking our computers yet passive about an actual invasion by criminal illegal aliens. Can you understand why we feel progressives are not fit to govern our sovereign nation?

And lugs it across the Sonoran desert, gets the first of their human cargo to the top of the razor wire lined wall, pulls up the ladder to set it on the US side for the first person to descend without laceration, and repeat for each person including children and pregnant women. In the meantime CBP has plenty of time to arrive.

This was paid for by the progressive EU and built in Turkey at the Syrian border. But a tall bollard type with pointy tips would be far better in my opinion and cost less.

Who is going to carry a forty foot ladder over a stretch of the desert to enter this county?

Kevyn is only passive about his thoughts about illegals coming into our country. Wait until Trump asks billions for the courts to have more immigration judges to take up the task of removing all illegals that don't meet the criteria for admittance into this country. He will undoubtedly scream like a mashed cat.

But if that barrier were topped with the sharpest and most invincible rolls of wire, that would make a ladder less useful, but even so, illegals crossing the barrier with a ladder would be spotted by the patrols. I really wish, in such cases, our patrols could simply shoot them as the invaders they are.

Yep, very sharp pointy tips woild be even better than razor wire, which, I assume, could be cut. Personally, I am for doing whatever it takes to keep all illegals and fake asylees out, never letting them set foot on US soil. BUT that is the problem, apparently our border patrol is not allowed to tell any of them NO YOU CAN NOT ENTER, YOU MUST GO BACK, NO ENTRY EVER. No, they all get in, are given a useless court date, and turned loose to be our problem forever and ever plus the anchor babies they will have. And so it goes on and on and on, never-ending. At least until we cannot support them anymore because our wealth has been used up. Course, THEY can simply take everything they have managed to steal from the USA and return home as wealthy folks. As usual, it will be the ordinary American citizens screwed over by their government that will be left with nothing.

And the razor wire needs to be on the US side so they can't pull it with a long hooked pole to dismantle it. I agree with you that they are invaders and should be repelled as such. If that takes lethal force, so be it!

You are so right. We should have concertina wire all along the border at the top of the fence's. It worked fairly well in combat zones where it was laid on the ground and would work much better if it was atop of a 30' high fence.
