What he is saying... if President Trump or anyone associated with him can be remotely tied to Russian collusion, they should be executed. Ethel and Julius Rosenberg were accused of selling nuclear secrets to the Russians. This was part of another witch hunt, this one was conducted under Senator Joseph McCarthy. He was so fearful of Russia that he even went after the US Army, claiming they had been infiltrated by Communists and Russians. He ruined many good people during his 5 long years decline into insanity. Upon close inspection of the Rosenberg case.... he accused and had killed two innocent people. He used the confession of David Greenglass who made a deal with McCarthy to not be prosecuted in exchange for testimony against the Rosenbergs.... an unproven accusation.
