I am listening to Nasty Nancy speak right now and it seems that her daughter Alexandra sure was telling a lot of truth about her "mother"?.. The bitch is nothing but against Republicans and the President. She seems to be a solid member of the #Me Too group as her daughter says she is.
Now remember what Nancy said to the House of Representatives when she more or less forced the Demoncrats to vote for Obamacare.
We must remember that since she will tell the Demons to vote against The Wall. BTW, did she ever support the million woman march? I don't remember but am sure from the words of Alexandra about how many more women are in the House today than when Nasty Nancy was first elected there. I just heard Nasty Nancy take her oath of office (2:50, EST) and after running to the crapper because I was sure I would puke from listening to her,(I didn't), I was happy to know how she will cause the next 2 years to be so barren as to laws passed by Congress.
Let me remind you that I am talking as much against that #MeToo group as against Nasty Nancy and what she will cause in the way of damage to the nation.
I have used Pelosi instead of BS, as so many here do, for nearly 15 years and will continue to do so. I wonder if she might not try to get rid of me from OPP. Hardy har har.

The House is not the whole Congress and she does not have the votes to override a veto.

Its a sad day for this country knowing that Pelosi selfishly put herself above the country and maneuvered to get the postition. She represents what we need to get rid of - career politicians. Democrats need new blood not old, stale politicians. That's one reason Trump was elected in the first place - the democrats had nothing.

The house is going to do the thing that the GOP in both the house and senate have been refusing to do, which is put either their party or the president in tough spots. Pelosi is going to be jamming bill after bill down McConnell's throat where public opinion will make it way harder for him to refuse to take votes on popular bipartisan bills.
We are going to see republicans breaking from the party line and cooperating for a change.

McConnell needs someone as crafty as he is to offset his crap, he is going to be deeply annoyed with Pelosi jamming bills down his throat that have bipartisan support.

Trump has a limit to what bipartisan bills he chooses to veto, they better be bad bills. He should have vetoed tax cuts.

A train wreck unfolding, sure as hell. However, Pelosi won't be anything other than the main reason. She does not intend of do anything with the Republicans in the Senate other than influence votes against them. Woody, do you believe that she will do anything other than try to make Trump look bad?

We do have to look out for the RINOs in the Senate, though. There are too many of them to defeat her all the time.
