The whole lot of you down at 1000 SW 3rd (a federal court building) are doing a miserable job. I'm sure most of you are just US citizens working for corporate governance, unlawfully. Defrauding people and persons and operating a simulated legal activity. How's that for an interest creating opening remark?
The Mark O. Hatfield Federal Building, built on Oregon. not federal land as Constitutionally required. Starting with the building, which is a fraud. You would rather be deceitful and criminal instead of actually doing the "taking" in a lawful manner. You would rather lie, cheat and steal than obtain the land properly.
That's a fact. Then seal the records by court order. Can you spell BOGUS???
The judiciary cannot function in the federal district courts. That is because they removed the Constitution from their oath in 1991. The whole bunch need to be fired as they are not in honor with the people. That's another fact.
A FOIA demand proved that Billy Williams (Oregon AG for DOJ), Anna J. Brown ( federal judge that tried Bundy et al.) and Michael Mosman (Chief Judge Portland) were not in lawful compliance with their job requirements/qualifications. Unlawful performance of duty. I sent them a copy of the FOIA finding. None have proven their Bona Fides after notification.
The USMS swarmed Bundy's attorney in court without due cause. That was and is still reprehensible. That's a fact.
Not one of the federal corporate employees at 1000 SW 3rd, will identify "the one supreme Court claiming original jurisdiction in law and equity in Article III." WTF You do not know the name of the clerk of that enumerated responsibility Article III court.!? You don't know the name or address of that court!!! You are all incompetent or guilty of misprision of felony. Again a fact.
The IRS is a fiction being enforced upon persons that are unaware of their status as people. The DOJ entraps persons and imprisons people. All done in color of law. Another fact.
Anna J. Brown had clerks remove documents from the record in Bundy et al. I know because I filed them. and got 4 out of 5 back. That is a federal crime. More facts.
I filed two cases into the federal district court Portland "specifically into an Article III court". They defrauded me as they were not an Article III court. DOJ refuses to prosecute. USMS may have removed or had the files removed. Just a guess. What the hell. If they can swarm a man in court!! what's stealing a filed case from a court of record???
FOIA where is the authorization for these actions?? Lacking authorization where is the prosecution? Oh! I remember. Seth said, "I will not prosecute a judge."

No. I cannot do it in a paragraph. To be defrauded by the federal district court Portland Oregon, tends to piss me off. I have over 50 due process violations with incontrovertible evidence perpetrated by "government" that pisses me off. The only Constitutionally correct court is Article III. And I cannot find it and they will not identify an enumerated responsibility.

What did they defraud you of? Did they take your money or property?

They defrauded me of $800.00 FRN I filed 2 cases into an Article III court specifically on the documents. They took the money entered both on the docket and refused to return my money and they are not an Article III court. Incontrovertible evidence on their own records in a court of record. The DOJ will not prosecute. So, I made him a defendant.

What is FRN? I assume the article 3 court is a federal district court.

I'm surprised! Federal Reserve Note the funny money we use in lieu of silver certificates. See JFK. Our Article III "one supreme Court claiming original jurisdiction, in law and equity. That is not a federal district court. It is a specific Court. US CIT NY NY claims Article III but when I filed into that court they declined "they are Article III for International Trade. Oregon the Constitutional Republic, a nation state, did not fit their criteria. And they also failed with Mookini V United States 303 US 201 (1938) Mario the clerk of that court is now a defendant.
