No, conservatives are pro-education and anti- indoctrination.

There is a major difference betwern education and indoctrination, but leftists are incapable of knowing the difference.

Brings to mind that scene in "Our Man Flint" where James Coburn is un-brainwashing the women by saying "Repeat after me: I am not a pleasure unit."

Congratulations, kids! Between your hostility to due process rights and your willingness to vote on bills you haven’t even read, you are now fully qualified to serve as Democrats in the actual Senate!

2009 was still well within the Democrats' eight year "Blame Bush" time cushion, so they figure they're blameless for everything that happens.

I'm surprised they haven't found a way of blaming the financial collapse on the tax cuts that Donald Trump would deliver eight years later.

Democrats do not want to admit it, but Barney Frank and his fellow Democrats had plenty to do with the eventual financial collapse. The Bush Administration was trying to rein in the mortgage market and Fannie and Freddie, and Democrats openly laughed at the possibility of a mortgage collapse. They protected Fannie and Freddie against Bush's regulators. Which makes the pro regulation Democrats look like the hypocrites they are.

The Fannie and Freddie guarantees probably came from the same menu as "you can keep your health insurance."

They sure did, but as we all know, nothing they do, none of their bumbling, is ever their fault.
