Stories like this are where the old saying "a liberal is a conservative that hasn't been mugged yet" - this lady has been mugged by the gross inequality that has crept into our society - the single lowest thing one can be, the one thing that has no rights, no benefits of the doubt, and clearly guilty of anything charged - a young, straight, white male - the one species that is clearly not protected by any of the laws that make being something other a protected species.
You forgot to add "white male, unless of course he is a millionaire, politician" or gay (straight). Members of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights complained about Section 324 (not sure but in another paragraph of the report it is Section 342...typo?) of the "Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act". It pushes "diversity" to the max. From what I read it is totally reverse racist.
