People who remember every second of their life - Total recall

Imagine being able to remember every minute detail of your life. You can recall what the weather was like, what you were reading or what you wore to the shops at any minute, any hour or any day stretching back decades. It sounds like some kind of parlour trick, but it's actually a real and very rare medical phenomenon.

I had a friend in 7th grade that had a true photographic memory, he could look at a list of 20 locker numbers and their combinations, see it once and go open 20 lockers days or weeks later. People used to put locker numbers and combinations on their book covers, if he saw a list he had access to the lockers, it was that simple.

I have often wondered what became of him, what he does for a living. A memory like that is the ticket for extreme computer software skills.

My guess is that he was recruited into one of the security agencies.

You may be exactly right, people with talents like this got scholarships to Ivy League schools and were often picked up by intelligence agencies.

Only if vegas was using a system where they were repetitive and the person could recognize the repetition and then bet ahead accordingly.

They could also remember what's been played as well. A great asset to determining the the chances the next card is a face card or no!

That is not so great. My memory is even better, I regularly remember stuff that never happened,
At least not as I remember it.

I had a friend in high that could look at a person and draw that person like it was a photograph. She graduated at 15. She then had a true true photographic memory; majored in music in college, now teaches at that college now, and has 4 bachelor degrees: Business, Mathematics, Graphics, and Music.
