The world’s leading climate scientists have warned there is only a dozen years for global warming to be kept to a maximum of 1.5C, beyond which even half a degree will significantly worsen the risks of drought, floods, extreme heat and poverty for hundreds of millions of people.

The authors of the landmark report by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released on Monday say urgent and unprecedented changes are needed to reach the target, which they say is affordable and feasible although it lies at the most ambitious end of the Paris agreement pledge to keep temperatures between 1.5C and 2C.

The half-degree difference could also prevent corals from being completely eradicated and ease pressure on the Arctic, according to the 1.5C study, which was launched after approval at a final plenary of all 195 countries in Incheon in South Korea that saw delegates hugging one another, with some in tears.

You do realize that at a news conference in 2015 Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of U.N.'s Framework Convention on Climate Change admitted that the goal of environmental activists is not to save the world from ecological calamity but to destroy capitalism. She was quoted as saying, “This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the Industrial Revolution.” And for those with eyes to see, this is one cog in The Goal of the New World Order:

Global warming alarmism is coincidental with the beginning of the industrial revolution back in the 1800s. In 1896, a Swedish scientist started talking about how carbon emissions might cause serious problems. Every 5, 10 or 15 years since, with the advancement of atmospheric science and technology, the warnings were updated. Around 1950, the warnings began to suggest that we were running out of time. In the 1970s, we started seeing the terminal prognoses, if we didn't do something quick, we might have 10 or 15 years before the shyte would hit the fan.

Then, when we arrived at that deadline and no significantly hazardous atmospheric condition manifest, the alarmists revised or altered their data and issued another warning. "We have ten years, folks, just ten years. We gotta do something or we are gonna have an atmospheric apocalypse."

In 2006, coincident with his enormously flawed movie, An Inconvenient Truth, Al Gore started his 10 year Doomsday Clock. It zeroed out two years ago. We're still here.

There are so many factual climate changes on the record, with every different environmental element, from air, earth, water and fire, that all point to the same conclusion. You are aware of what's been happening around the world, from fires right on through. You recite the old right-handed verbiage being in such complete and total denial it is astounding, it serves me no purpose to continue this with you, except to say get out of the way and let us fix another problem and stop being another roadblock, which is what you guys always are, never moving forward to resolve.

Weather reflects short-term conditions of the atmosphere while climate is the average daily weather for an extended period of time at a certain location. Climate is what you expect, weather is what you get.

Weather is what you see outside on any particular day. So, for example, it may be 75° degrees and sunny or it could be 20° degrees with heavy snow. That’s the weather. IOW, climate is the atmospheric conditions present over time that have a direct effect on weather.

If you really believe that AGW alarmism is not an ideologically driven scam, that our world is truly in danger from catastrophic climate change, and you want us to get out of the way, so you can fix it, let's hear exactly what you intend to do to solve the problem.

Fraud: While the global warming alarmists have done a good job of spreading fright, they haven't been so good at hiding their real motivation. Yet another one has slipped up and revealed the catalyst driving the climate scare.

We have been told now for almost three decades that man has to change his ways or his fossil-fuel emissions will scorch Earth with catastrophic warming. Scientists, politicians and activists have maintained the narrative that their concern is only about caring for our planet and its inhabitants. But this is simply not true. The narrative is a ruse. They are after something entirely different.

If they were honest, the climate alarmists would admit that they are not working feverishly to hold down global temperatures -- they would acknowledge that they are instead consumed with the goal of holding down capitalism and establishing a global welfare state.

If you really believe that total elimination of fossil fuel energy sources, as in a permanent shutdown of coal mines, petroleum and natural gas production is the primary solution, and that wind, solar, and nuclear production will fill the void, you are far more ignorant than you let on. So called alternative energy technology is no where near capable of meeting the global demands for energy production, not even close, moreover, it won't be capable of replacing fossil fuel energy production for a long time. If coal and petroleum production were completely shut down tomorrow, within 15 to 20 years, the world would be approaching another Dark Age.
