I do not think guilty until proven innocent. I do believe in a full and unrestricted investigation over such allegations. That did not happen. How can you settle for that?

What actions, rape (which he did not do) or drinking beer (which he admitted to and everybody does), or temperament (during one hearing in which he is falsely accused of rape).
