not a politicion or a boss
just an average american concerned about people playing around with our lives
i very much dislike whats going on in washington -scared to death that the little money my wife and i scrape together is going to new health care reform
i guess this means buying used appliances and furniture when needed
cannot believe there messing with are only means of defense in this country as well
we havent thrown in the towel yet-but we,re clutching on to it every day
just an average american concerned about people playing around with our lives

Happy to have you join us, Jim. There are thoughtful and insightful people at this site, and there are some real doozies who make one wonder if they are truly human. Hopefully you will be able to enjoy the company of both.
Everyone has to figure our for himself who is sane and who is insane as none of us comes with any reliable labels. But just for your information, I divide the world into two groups of people: those who revere personal freedoms and those who want to control everyone else. Once a person possesses either of those labels, I know all I need to know about that person to see him as friend or foe. 8-)
I hope you will be with us for a long time and will participate in as many threads as possible. Welcome! :wink:
