Trump’s Criminal History Should Be Front and Center

By Melissa Bartick

What gets lost amidst all the outrageous things Donald Trump says is his record of criminal activity and alleged criminal activity. It is as if the media and public assume that Trump cannot be both an outrageous buffoon and a criminal. Here is a summary of the most notable allegations against Donald Trump, conveniently all in one place.
-Trump and his father were sued by the federal government for housing discrimination in the 1970’s for refusing to rent to blacks after an uncover investigation. They lost, signed a consent decree, and were forced to desegregate their properties, which they later violated.
-He is being charged with fraud in connection with Trump University. Eric Schneiderman, the Attorney General of New York, who is prosecuting Trump, told CNN, “If you look at the facts of this case, this shows someone who was absolutely shameless in his willingness to lie to people, to say whatever it took to induce them into his phony seminars. Telling people who are in hard economic times — we’re talking about 2008, 2009 — people desperate to hold onto their homes, to make some money, convincing them that he will teach them his entrepreneurial secrets.”
- Trump Tower was built using undocumented Polish laborers to demolish the building that previously stood on the site. At trial, the workers testified they worked without basic safety equipment like hardhats and gloves and they were supposed to earn $5 an hour from Trump’s low-bid contractor. But court documents show that for weeks, they were paid nothing. An NBC News story in which numerous witnesses were interviewed showed that Trump knew about the undocumented, unpaid workers. Yet under oath, Trump testified that he knew nothing, thus adding perjury allegations to the labor law violations.
-Trump is alleged to have violated immigration laws in hiring foreign models for Trump Model Management. These models worked illegally, and he failed to pay them fairly. Two of the former Trump models said Trump’s agency encouraged them to deceive customs officials about why they were visiting the United States and told them to lie on customs forms about where they intended to live. “It’s like modern-day slavery,” one model told Mother Jones. Senator Barbara Boxer has called for the Department of Homeland Security to investigate Trump for human trafficking in relation to Trump Model Management.
- Trump’s charitable foundation appears to have repeatedly broken IRS rules, according to the Washington Post. In five cases, the Trump Foundation told the IRS that it had given a gift to a charity whose leaders told The Post that they had never received it. In two other cases, companies listed as donors to the Trump Foundation told The Post that those listings were incorrect.
-His charitable foundation violated tax laws by giving a $25,000 political contribution to a campaign group connected to Florida’s attorney general, Pam Bondi, in 2013. As a registered nonprofit, the Trump Foundation was not allowed to make political donations. He paid a $2,500 fine.
-Trump is accused of bribing the Attorney General of Florida, Pam Bondi to drop her investigation of Trump University. She successfully solicited a donation from him before the fraud case, and afterward, he held a fundraiser for her at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach.
-In 2007 and in 2012, Trump and his wife bought two gifts for themselves at charity events for his foundation, totaling $32,000, breaking IRS rules. One gift was a $20,000 painting of himself.
-A deposition describes him raping his first wife Ivana, pulling out fistfuls of her hair in a fit of rage, stripping off her clothes, then penetrating her forcefully without her consent, after which she hid in a locked room and cried all night, as revealed in the 1993 book Lost Tycoon: The Many Lives of Donald J. Trump, and described in a Daily Beast article. The divorce was granted on grounds of Donald’s “cruel and inhuman treatment” of Ivana.
-He is currently being charged with child rape in a case for which there is an eyewitness and credible information to support the claim. The woman filing suit in April 2016 claims that as a 13-year-old in 1994, she was enticed to attend parties with the promise of money and modeling jobs at the home of Jeffrey Epstein, a Level 3 registered sex offender (the most dangerous kind), after Epstein was convicted of misconduct with another underage girl.
The woman alleges Trump initiated sexual contact with her on four separate occasions, with the fourth being a “savage sexual attack” in which he tied her to a bed and forcibly raped her while she pleaded with him to stop. He threatened that she and her family would be “physically harmed if not killed” if she ever revealed what was done. The eyewitness, Epstein’s party planner wrote, “I am coming forward to swear to the truthfulness of the physical and sexual abuse that I personally witnessed of minor females at the hands of Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein . . . I swear to these facts under the penalty for perjury even though I fully understand that the life of myself and my family is now in grave danger.” Trump told a reporter a few years ago: “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side . . .”
In sum, this history and these allegations alone would disqualify someone from a job as a camp counselor, bank teller, or any position of trust. Imagine what Human Resources would say to this record. Perhaps Trump could get a job pumping gas. But President of the United States? I don’t think so. Many have served prison time for doing a lot less.

Trump just brings out the best of capitalism.
We are to believe that what is good for those with the most is going to good for the rest.
Now what do you get from that.

Get that & live with it.

Owl, you have it down.
Not likely Floyd will ever figure that out.
Not sure enough Americans will ever figure that out, and try to do something about it.
Both parties have been in bed with the Federal Reserve bankers.

You have to make it in the same world I am in.
We both are at the mercy of those that control most of what goes on around us.

There is nothing special about either of us in the whole spectrum of what goes on in the nation we live in.
We have given any power we may ever had to those that now control us in ways you & I feel.
Only you chose to support those that do the most to upset the life we all could have for scraps they may give you.

I live my life with in my self.
I have collected some scraps too.
I am pleased with what I am.

I think & do pretty much what I want.
I am a survivor.

I ask from others to only do their best.
I find in dealing with people that usually works just fine.
I feel that many people are afraid to be open & accepting of others.
When dealing with others in the real world I try to give others the kindnes & trust they give me.

Some how I do not feel that this site reflects the real world.

To many live with a fear that they lack what it takes to make it in this world with out special laws or rules to protect what they think is important.
As long as they can identify them self as part of a superior group they are fine.

Feeling they are superior to others is part of their personal make up.
I look at my self as being equal with others.

Part of what I am trying to bring out from others is that they are equal to others & can stand on their own as they face the world.
I wish to live in a would of equals.

Our personal possessions or lack of them are not a measure of how & we stand among equals.
I have more than some & less than others.
I am comfortable but feel that all deserve a chance to reach their final days with the personal security I have.

I know that personal life styles do not always contain the personal efforts needed to reach their needs.
The economic system needs a healthy exchange of effort & division of gains to see that things run with a smoothness.
A smoothness where every one can have the means to have the minimum means to get by.
It is not about how much any other persons may have.

If as a society we should see that all can have a realistic chance to be a part of the whole.

As a nation our founding fathers set forth basic guide lines that are not being fully followed.
We have had a faulty interpretation by some of what the true measure of the constitution was mean to be.

Well the world around us is going to bring about changes to how they will interact with us.
Our leaders & most influential citizens are looking out for their own interest in getting through the coming changes.
They are continuing to move their assets to other nations.

So you need to ask your self: as this nation is picked apart in what is like going bankrupt.
Where will you find yours self ending up?

I am trying to find out just what it is that I can leave my children.
What is the best advice a father can give his children in the face of what is going on around us now.
They are all working & living useful lifes now.
They live the American dream now.

Are my grand & great grand children going to be used as bodies in a war to save this nation.
Will they come out of if they are lucky with a whole body?

From what I read you write:
You think that war will be the only answer.

WHAT DO YOU PERSONALY THINK YOU WILL GAIN FROM WHAT COULD HAPPEN.

The risk is part of the cost that will be paid.
For the average person the cost will never be covered by the possible gains.

is there any assuredness that a person will come out even with only a whole body?

I get from you that what I feel & think is all mixed up.

My & my family's life & well being is the most important issue in my life.

Well national pride is not being shown as being the most important issue by those with the most to lose.

YOU & I WILL FACE MUCH THE SAME FUTURE OUT COME FROM WHAT WILL TAKE PLACE.

I fail to see just how I will feel the loss more than you.
Because you are on the right & I am on the left.

If we stay divided we as individuals will never be a true part of any gains made.
We will only get what ever is left after others take what they want.

If you are a true part of the system & have the assets that need to grown to allow you to continue to want to go to war.
You will need bodies to sacrifice for your protection.

Just what is in it for those that will protect you?
Well I am to old to offer much protection.
Plus you do not want to give up what it will cost you for your protection if I could.

Well trusting the poor & those that have been left out or the gains you have & want to save.
Will only come back to haunt you when those you trust to protect you come back for their reward.

Pay it or be prepared to face them with their new skills.

Even if either us could escape the usual cost of wars.
The war we may well see is the war that will destroy the world more harshly than any war before.
Will leave us exposed too the harshness of the most costly war ever taking place.

We as a nation have shown that we can cause great damage but we no longer can win a war.

Winning a war means troops on the ground.
As a nation we have trained many of those that we are now fighting.

If we can not or will not put troops on the ground we can never win a war.
All we can do is kill more people than any one else.

So if you are for war what do you have to offer in the way of being one of those troops on the ground.
Offer that commitment or shut up.

Both parties have promoted - NWO Fascism/Warfare & NWO Socialism (international bank funding and bailouts by taxpayers)
Both parties have been partners in working for the PRIVATE Federal Reserve Bankers. “OUR” Government bailed the Banksters out, and left the citizens/taxpayers holding the bag for Trillions.
Both parties have promoted perpetual “war”. Just pay attention to Obama’s Foreign policy; Same as the NeoCON’s foreign policy of perpetual wars; based on the phony “War on Terrorism”.
The election fixers have been trying to put it in place again, to eliminate all other non-owned candidates.
The banker controlled media (FOX,CNN,CBS.NBC, and ABC do all they can to install another CFR puppet. Just go to You Tube to see the prejudice and party corruption used against Ron Paul. Some CFR commentary
http://www.alpheus.org/html/source_materials/parapolitics/CFR_NWO.htm

The 3,000 seats of the CFR quickly filled with members of America's elite. Today,CFR members occupy key positions in government, the mass media, financial institutions, multinational corporations, the military, and the national security apparatus.
Since its inception, the CFR has served as an intermediary between high finance, big oil, corporate elitists and the U.S. government. The executive branch changes hands between Republican and Democratic administrations, but cabinet seats are always held by CFR members. It has been said by political commentators on the left and on the right that if you want to know what U.S. foreign policy will be next year, you should read Foreign Affairs this year.
The CFR's claim that "The Council has no affiliation with the U.S. government" is laughable. The justification for that statement is that funding comes from member dues, subscriptions to its Corporate Program, foundation grants, and so forth. All this really means is that the U.S. government does not exert any control over the CFR via the purse strings.
In reality, CFR members are very tightly affiliated with the U.S. government. Since 1940, every U.S. secretary of state (except for Gov. James Byrnes of South Carolina, the sole exception) has been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and/or its younger brother, the Trilateral Commission. Also since 1940, every secretary of war and every secretary of defense has been a CFR member. During most of its existence, the Central Intelligence Agency has been headed by CFR members, beginning with CFR founding member Allen Dulles. Virtually every key U.S. national security and foreign policy adviser has been a CFR member for the past seventy years.
Almost all White House cabinet positions are occupied by CFR members. President Clinton, himself a member of the CFR, the Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg Group, employs almost one hundred CFR members in his administration. Presidents come and go, but the CFR's power--and agenda--always remains.
________________________________________
The CFR's Shroud of Secrecy - On its web page, the CFR boasts that its magazine, Foreign Affairs, "is acclaimed for its analysis of recent international developments and for its forecasts of emerging trends." It's not much of a challenge to do so, though, when you play a part in determining what those emerging trends will be.
This point is underscored a paragraph later on their web page: "Perhaps best known for the history-making "X" article by George Kennan, that defined Cold War containment policy, a recent Foreign Affairs article by Harvard's Samuel Huntington, "The Clash of Civilizations?" has already helped define the post-Cold War debate."
So are they predicting trends or creating them? The answer is fairly obvious to anyone who has earnestly reflected on the matter.
The CFR fancies itself to represent a diverse range cultural and political interests, but its members are predominantly wealthy males, and their policies reflect their elitist biases. The CFR attempts to maintain the charade of diversity via its Non-Attribution Rule, which allows members to engage in "a free, frank, and open exchange of ideas" without fear of having any of their statements attributed in public. The flip side of this, obviously, is a dark cloud of secrecy which envelopes the CFR's activities.
CFR meetings are usually held in secret and are restricted to members and very select guests. All members are free to express themselves at meetings unrestrained, because the Non-Attribution Rule guarantees that "others will not attribute or characterize their statements in public media forums or knowingly transmit them to persons who will," according to the Council on Foreign Relations' 1992 Annual Report.
The report goes on to forbid any meeting participant "to publish a speaker's statement in attributed form in any newspaper; to repeat it on television or radio, or on a speaker's platform, or in a classroom; or to go beyond a memo of limited circulation."
The end result is that the only information the public has on the CFR is the information they release for public consumption, which should send up red flags for anyone who understands the immense effect that CFR directives have on America's foreign policy. The public knows what the CFR wants the public to know about the CFR, and nothing more. There is one hole in the fog of secrecy, however: a book entitled Tragedy and Hope, written by an "insider" named Dr. Carroll Quigley, mentor of Bill Clinton.

Not much you can do with that type.

Good or bad there are parts of our government that will cause major problems if they are shut down for any reason.
We do not need an ill prepared active takeover of our government.

Leaders like to lead.
Leaders need followers.

I say that with the only real power we have left as individuals is our voices.

We have let our leaders believe we need them.
There is no doubt in my mind that some of us individuals can last longer than those that lead us.

I don't feel that is the course of action we should take.

I sit here reading all the great ideas you all have.
While you first put the blame in the wrong place & now more of you are seeing things you over looked before.
Or reporting yesterdays issues again.

We are divided for a reason.
To control people you need to divide them.
We have been playing the political party issue (That divided us in the first place)

Well there is little chance of becoming any sort of effective group against those who we have given the our power to.
We will never have any credibility until we can present a united front.

You have rejected all I have put out.
While not showing me any realistic action to take.
There is no way any meaningful changes that can take place with out a united populous.

We are divided & have no real power.
You have gone past the time & place where there can ever be a fuctioning plan to regain what we have.

We are so close to being able to see together the best & perhaps the track to having important small changes in the issues we face.
I have actknowledged the fact that it would not need any real changes in who & what we all.
In fact I find from what has come from all of what you have said as a person I could share ideas with that we both & many others could agee with.

I am an old man who can spend time doing what ever pleases me.
Nothing either one of us would like to see in our future will come true.
If 2 people like us can not come to a simple way to seek out what would be best.
Not for one or the other but both.

The game can't be played to win.
It needs to be played not to lose.
It needs to come to a common ground where no one loses becomes a break even.

That is what I see in what is needed.
