How can anyone defend a guy that is a freeloader??
Why have no OTHER RANCHERS come to his defense??
Maybe because they all recognize the government and pay the fees to graze on PUBLIC land.

Laws that apply to the BLM’s management of public lands grazing include the Taylor Grazing Act of 1934, the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, the Endangered Species Act of 1973, the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, and the Public Rangelands Improvement Act of 1978.
Federal Grazing Fee

The Federal grazing fee, which applies to Federal lands in 16 Western states on public lands managed by the BLM and the U.S. Forest Service, is adjusted annually and is calculated by using a formula originally set by Congress in the Public Rangelands Improvement Act of 1978. Under this formula, as modified and extended by a presidential Executive Order issued in 1986, the grazing fee cannot fall below $1.35 per animal unit month (AUM); also, any fee increase or decrease cannot exceed 25 percent of the previous year’s level. (An AUM is the amount of forage needed to sustain one cow and her calf, one horse, or five sheep or goats for a month.) The grazing fee for 2014 is $1.35 per AUM, the same level as it was in 2013.

jjb2012..What makes you think this is the reason for this showdown..? My belief that this charge is a screen to cover up the real reason for this confrontation.. I, for one, do not trust anything that Harry Reid is involved in.. His past and proven record proves He and his ilk think and act like the gangsters they are .. Oh, Yes.!! They could be called "Royal Lands" that concept was outlawed here, in The Articles of Confederation, and later in the Constitution! THE KING SHALL NOT OWN ALL LANDS! Teddy Roosevelt (another of the Roschilde banker clan) put it in the constitution as an amendment meant to cover one park only) the drones extended it to cover all lands they want!

The Cattle Association backs him up. You ever hear of prescriptive rights? Bundy, and his ancestors, have been grazing cattle on that land since the 1870s, and the government did not do anything till the late 90s, and illegally I might add. Bundy pays grazing fees to Clark County and is willing to pay them to the State of Nevada, just not to an intrusive over reaching government.

This is more than just about grazing rights and the Desert Tortoise. This is a ruse to confiscate the land for green energy projects funded by Chinese investors, and lining Harry Reid and his son Roy's pockets. Corrupt government politics at it's worst.

Also, the court order BLM used to destroy Bundy's property, and killed two prized bulls, ONLY gave them authority to round up the cattle.

Why did he pay grazing fees before 1993?? He did but did not like the changes made in 1993 and therefor refused to pay. He is no different then a thief in the night stealing form the American public.

I nave never seen any report of using the land for green projects and as far as I am concerned no foreign company should have any right to any land they have not purchased not EVEN TRANS CANADA

If the BLM destroyed anything on his land on purpose without any outside influence they should deduct that cost of repairs from the FEE"S he has never paid.

Again if the Cattle ASS backs him up why do the they PAY their grazing fee's??

Simple....The appointed bureaucrats, appointed by the same person who appointed the attorney general. Currently a hardcore communist! If you aren't aware, under communism the government OWNS ALL OF THE LAND, and of course you know the "Environmental groups want the government to own ALL of the land. And keep all taxpayers OFF, except themselves of course! "A private playground for the environmental elite"! Also the aim of the "National Park Service". Who have nothing but contempt for the taxpayers! (as proven under the Obama government shutdown).

You seem to not understand. What happens when the ranchers around him decide they want to expand their herds and encroach on his "rights" while they are paying the grazing fees?? Can he shoot them?? How do they settle that dispute??
