Now you'll trigger all the liberals Dave. We have plenty on here that somehow believe the government handling 1/6 th of the economy, healthcare will be efficient and save money. Just deal with a problem at SS or Medicare and then tell me how efficient this huge bureaucracy would be.

In this instance the tax cuts. Medicare for everyone for ten years using your overinflated numbers is still the same cost as medical expenditures in 2015. By just about any measure this would reduce health care costs as a percentage of GDP while insuring universal coverage for Americans. A majority of Americans support the plan.
