Those Dems in the group moving radically left and the establishment group are starting to learn that both blacks and Latinos are failing to shift left with them. Of course, I don't know how this group did their poll.

Let's hope the poll is 100% right.

No, no, no let then continue down the path their on, they deserve it. The once party of Rights, the working man has become the party of the very rich. They still say the rich are the republicans that has not been true in 20 or so years.

I agree the Democratic Party is in trouble.
But in no more trouble that the Republican Party is.

I am waiting to see if there is some one some where with the confidence to stand before the Public & say they will run as an independent.
Would the media stand up & give that person a fair shake in coverage.
Would they set aside some of their profits to see a better government to take most of the money out of politics.

Would we see the transparence we would like.

Would enough of us devote free time to help them get elected.

It is easy to sit back & offer an idea.
At 81 & loosing ground I would be of little help.
But I have opened my mouth & I do feel that I would have something to offer.

At 85 I think I have a lot to offer and although this poll wasn't from Rasmussen I am willing to offer it up to the Dems on the forum. I will say that the media wouldn't give that man you talk about a fair shake unless he had been a Democrat before.

WOW, you're a happy little lark, it's not Democrats taking anything away, that's this new far-right regime we're presently in.

I would love to see a neutral publication without the slant and just the news and facts.

I still think the two-party system is the best. I'd really hate to see more balkanization of our Republic with a bunch of new names that takes years to figure out who and what they really stand for or against. Let the DEMs and GOP fight it out to the end. Let's see who supports and defends the Constitution and the people. Calling yourself Independent just allows you to avoid some slings and arrows.
Each side must be corrected when they wander off into right or left field.

I say just keep saying what it is we want & that we wish to retain our individuality.
It will be picked up by some one.

I think I would be best fore us to reach out in each state to pick a candidate from each party now to run as individuals
The senate or house.

We just need to keep that as a topic for discussion.

If interest is there add to it & if interest fades renew it.

It is not an issue that can be set in place with out much thought.
