Just yell Socialist or Commie at anyone that may bring up the subject of Income equality. But Bill O'Reilly did--and ended up sounding like a complete idiot.

No kidding. Anything that may help the average person or those less fortunate is an evil communist conspiracy. There are some sick people out there.

This issue and all the others coming from Barry inc. are all about one thing. Why are they front and center now? Why?

Obamacare and the Obama economy are losers for Democrats. Distract, distract, distract. New villains must be found.

Scapegoat politics. Barry and his fellow marxists must always find new scapegoats and villains to distract the ignorant peasants from the daily misery their rulers have inflicted on them. Joe Stalin would approve.

Of course, its an election year. But the issues have been front and center for alot of people for awhile now, just not on cable-news tv. And the "other side" are as guilty of pandering to fear and ignorance.

So rumitoid gave Tom & Fred $100,000 and in lets say 5 yrs he checked to see how they're doing now carefree Fred the one always looking for fun and excitement is pertneer broke living hand to mouth !

Now in contrast Tom worked hard did without all the play toys that Fred enjoyed worked hard invested in different institutions and saved every extra penny he could and you find him owning several hundred acres of land as well as having considerable amount of money in his checking account !

So the compassionate rumitoid looks down on poor little Fred and thinks I need to help Fred out so rumitoid decides that the greedy Tom needs to give Fred half of his wealth to Fred so they both are equal !

There you have it folks wealth distribution thanks to the progressive demo's and rino's !

Good post but you left some things out... My friend earns 700 million by not working and investing and pays 15% tax on his earnings... I bust my chops 6 days a week for 150k and pay 30%... That's income inequality

It's just more political fodder for the Democrats to have something to run on. The economy is in the dumper, the corruption is rampant, Obamacare is a fiasco so they have to find something to whine about. But the fact is that women are paid less than men in the government as well and the worst offender is the White House. Oh, and when you talk about women being paid less, it may have something to do with some of the jobs that are mostly held by women such as house cleaning services and cafeteria workers etc. Figures don't lie but liars can figure. And if Obama has proven one thing in his years in office beyond any doubt is that he is an excellent liar.

What ignorance on my side? And sometimes fear is justified. Now look at what Obama has done since he ascended to his throne. There is always another villain, another demon, another witch to be burned at the stake. Your life, oh uneducated peasant sucks because the rich guy has too much money.

Doctors have too much money. they are cutting off the feet of diabetes patients rather than get the fat slobs to lose weight. All because the doctors get more money cutting off feet than getting their fat slobs to stop eating junk.

This is the BS that Obama spouts regularly and the poor unwashed morons eat it up.

All I know is I feel bad for J Dimon and think we should all take up a collection to ease his pain.

"J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James Dimon acknowledged Wednesday that a series of legal headaches in 2013 evolved into "the most painful, difficult and nerve-wracking experience I have ever dealt with professionally."

I can find no evidence-based definition of income inequality as it relates to a long range administration (gov't) plan to erradicate it. I can't find a published plan or conversationally described path even. Does anyone know of a plan? And if so, what exactly will it erradicate (there must be underlying component elements that are causal and curable) and what is the primary curative action?

Can anyone direct me to websites or other references? Thanks.

Im not sure what you are asking for CDM. The government wont fix the problem and to me it is like saying "If I could just get more cancer than it could wipe out the original cancer"
