Bad Laws and what you can do about them.
There is a procedure called Jury Nullification that very few people actually understand, which if properly used would nullify any law that your conscience would find “Bad”. Or any time you say to yourself , "If that defendant were me, I would have done the same thing."
It applies whenever you are a juror in a trial. Or have friends or relatives who may become jurors.
It is extremely unlikely that a Judge will follow the law and tell you this because in most states the law doesn’t require that you be fully informed of your rights as a juror.
Instead expect the judge to tell you that you may consider “only the facts” of the case and may NOT let your conscience, your opinion of the law or the defendant’s motives affect your decision.
They might as well try you by computer.
HOW CAN ANYONE GET A FAIR TRIAL IF THE JURORS ARE TOLD THAT THEIR SENSE OF JUSTICE DOESN’T COUNT ???
A lot of people don’t get a fair trial. Far too often jurors actually end up apologizing to the person they have convicted....something is obviously wrong when jurors hug the defendant after conviction, saying ,” We didn’t want to find you guilty, but the judge said we HAD to convict you if the evidence showed you broke the law as it was explained to us.”
Most Americans know that you have a right to trial by jury, but how many know that THE JURY HAS MORE POWER THAN ANYONE IN THE COURTROOM?
In pursuit of a just verdict, jurors are free to judge the merits of THE LAW itself, it’s use in the case at hand, or the motives of the accused. In other words if in your opinion the law is bad, it’s use in this particular case was wrong or the defendant’s motives were right, the juror can acquit.
IN COURT THE JUROR IS KING.
Why don’t judges tell people the truth? Today’s judges don’t seem to want juries to make common sense decisions about the law.
Back when our country was young, it was mandatory that the judge in instructing the jury tell them their rights as Jurors. Our founders knew that trials by juries of ordinary people fully aware for their rights as jurors, would be essential to preservation of our FREEDOM as long as juries had the final say on the laws of the land. That would force the government to remain the SERVANT, not the MASTER, of the people.
Our third president THOMAS JEFFERSON, put it like this, “I consider trial by jury as the ONLY anchor yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of it’s constitution.”
JOHN ADAMS, our second president said this, “It is not only his right, but his duty...to find the verdict according to his own best understanding, judgement and conscience, though in direct opposition to the direction of the court.”
During the late 1800's powerful special interests inspired a series of judicial decisions which sought to limit this right. While no court , then or now, has decided that jurors do not have the power to acquit despite the law or the facts, there are decisions holding that jurors needn’t be told that they have this power.
Know ans “JURY NULLIFICATION” or “JURY VETO POWER”, it is now a rare and courageous attorney who will risk being sited for contempt for telling the jury about it without the prior approval of the judge.
So YOU have to understand the above. Not understanding and talking to each other about the above written helps your enemies to destroy our court system and YOUR FREEDOM..
This is the dirty trick that has been used to ruin the greatest country on earth.

I have been on that side of the table, and got very lucky.
Can you imagine me in a gun shoot out with 16 Police officers? I was arrested when cops took a gun down the road, came back and said, lock him up we have 2 shots fired.
Even the Judge was amazed to see me standing in front of him two days later, still breathing.
It was thrown out when my Lawyer Subpoenaed
The 911 tape to find that no shots had been fired. Oh by the way, I called the police to the scene for help and ended up with 16 felony charges, one for each cop at the scene, and a $Million dollar cash bail.

Interesting, but what has that got to do with a sane, educated jury finding you not guilty, in spite of the pressures to convict brought by the police, D.A. and judge?
The point for you to realize is that any juror can stop the common misuse of bad laws (and if you think about it most laws we now have are bad) by simply voting his conscience. don't let the crooked political machine run over you and your neighbor.
Or you can continue to let the "authorities" run your life for their benefit.
Why can't you folks understand that? Are you happy with all their taxes, restrictions, licenses, etc, etc.?
