How does a socialist state keep it's head above water? Extorting money from it's citizens and double down on out of state vacation goers. If you ticket one from out of state they will not be in the state at court date. So not wanting the trouble they pay the fine not wanting a warrant issued in Kalifornia. Someone like me would wear it like a badge of honor but a young girl would see it as a real threat and pay the fine guilty or not.

My family vacationed in sunny Kalifornia. Since I will never enter that state, I stayed home. While my family visiting one of those great beaches in Orange County my daughter was standing by her truck holding an unlite cigarette. Sheriff department pulled up on her and gave her a ticket for smoking in public. To make a long story short,
She said "but I wasn't smoking"
He said "I smell the smoke"
then gave her a ticket for 'smoking in public'

A couple of months ago a friend of mine was driving his Arizona plated truck on a Kalifornia highway. Cars were passing him on the left and the right a CHP car pulls along side of him, stays along side of him for two miles, pulls behind him, pulling him over and tickets him for going 5 miles over the speed limit.

Now I know 1/4 of the state lives in poverty at the U.S. levels and under Kalifornia 'levels' it's 26%, but that isn't including the federal laws Kalifornia ignores allowing millions of illegals to flood the state for the good life. I know Kalifornia taxes at the highest rate in the nation to pay for the useless, the illegals and criminals and why not they all vote Democrat for more free-bees. I know Kalifornia 'law' enforcement extorts money from out of staters. What will Kalifornia do when, no matter what a great place it is, the Constitution is totally destroyed and no one dare enter? Most out of staters can figure out extortion and if they can't they are Democrats anyway. It cost Kalifornia more issuing threatening letters trying to milk that cash out of informed people than the idiot out of staters who pay the extortion. The Californians believing in the Constitution are now out numbered, voter fraud is not only ramped and illegal it is encouraged in Kalifornia.

Crime is sky high as Kalifornia keeps it's felons on the street. A few years ago Kalifornia passed a law later found unconstitutional. It made every purchase of ammunition to require an ID and a thumb print. Kalifornia's Terminator Governor at the time hit the air waves telling the people what a great law this was and would do what all gun laws do, end crime. As he spoke thousands of Kalifornia felons were being released from prison due to over crowding. This is stuff to insane to make up. The lunatics are running the asylum in Kalifornia and the useless and illegals keep them in power.

I see only one answer for the good people of California. You will find it written in the first few lines of the Deceleration of Independence. What would criminals and the worthless do if a couple hundred men stormed the state capital building, took elected officials, that had committed crimes prisoners, set up citizen courts to try them, and sentence them? My guess is the useless would watch CNN and those men would be seen as patriots and other states with the same problems would follow suit. All illegals would see they are once again illegals and go South. When a bounty saves pain and money it's well worth paying. The useless would starve or follow the illegals to their new promised land. Best of all, Kalifornia would replace the K with a C. I bet ones discussed with the state and moved out long ago would come back to help. It's to great a place to let tyrant idiots and their peons destroy. And as far as the smoking in public. I agree with you that would be treason. The best and quickest way to straighten out California rejection of federal authority I'd to cut off federal aid until they can recognize federal authority.

This would be a delicate situation so as not to harm food stamps and other benefits to the needy. Cut other aid to the state until they comply with the federal laws.

Please enlighten me on why it is crazy to believe what I wrote. The people of California have been denied their Fourth Amendment since 1974. They have been denied their Second Amendment. They have been taxed to the poor house while dealing with gangs and crime mostly illegals that are welcomed into the state no matter how many they kill and how much they take from the ones working Where do you think 'home invasion' comes from. Moon Beam Brown makes King George a patriot.

A few years ago California had a serious water shortage. Crops died in the fields, you couldn't water your lawn, or plants. Businesses that needed water shut down. So why was half of it's fresh water dumped into SF Bay? To save a fish that swims the Sacramento River that is not native to the river called the Smelt. The state wasted another load of cash set to build water sheds to do a count on the Smelt. The Smelt count was one. One Smelt.

The Democrats, known for destroying everything they touch are not ignorant in California because of their mass stupidity. The few that are ignorant are criminals wanting guns ban by day and selling automatic weapons and shoulder fires missiles at night to China gang members along the West Coast. There is a lot more damage these idiots have caused my home state. Maybe you have a better plan for a minority of good take back their freedoms and liberties from a majority of, criminals, worthless, and millions of illegals they also support.

Nope not this time. As much as he told the judge he was a real nice guy he is doing 5 years.This Democrat ran for governor but Brown was a bigger crook. At the Federal level you got that Feinstein who has more ugly than 4 fat women wanting to ban the Second Amendment to all but her. As ugly needs protection. I believe cutting off federal aid would work but ONLY if ALL federal aid is ended, period. You speak of the welfare receipients, but they, of all people need to feel the burn. They will be the first ones howling the loudest and, maybe, might get results. But we'd have to saturate the entire state with the truth about where the blame for the loss of funds belongs and how California's citizens can change things. We couldn't let the democrats there get by with lying about the mean old federal government. California's real people must understand this federal money comes from their fellow citizens in all the rest of the country.
