I do not formally pray, except when something happens and I say, "Oh my God..." God is in all of my thoughts and I am constantly in communication with him. God only answers the prayers of the righteous and you have to come to God with clean hands. Psalm 66:18. "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me". Sometimes God's answer is no. Only God can see into the future and he will do what is best for us in the long run. Sometimes what he does seems bad, but it's for the best.
