I think that it is when you die as a Christian & you face Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates.
You are asked if you believe In Jesus.
If you say yes you are forgiven of your sins & allowed in to Heaven.

So I think you are off base in thinking Trump has been blessed & forgiven of his sins by God.
I would like to ask just how you come to know about Trumps forgiveness?

Do you know Trump’s heart? It’s been said that he has had an “epiphany.” See above: If he has and truly in his heart he has repented and asked for forgiveness he IS saved.

We don't get a second chance after death to accept Jesus friend.
Those that did not will be judged by the law "ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" only Jesus was sinless thus able to die for our sins.
