The way I see it, is that Horowitz's remarks were effectively edited, by the redactions made by Rosenstein.

Horowitz was barred from using any of the redacted information in preparing those statements.

Unless, that is, you can explain how he could have used any redacted information, as a basis for his publicly stated conclusions?

As I have said before, refer the entire report to the Director of National Security, for a vetting of all claims of "national security".

My bet is that there are few, if any, such claims that are legitimate.

After all, doesn't the FBI considers protecting the image of the FBI, as a matter of "national security"
