The immigration judges inundated just to have to turn down or deny some 60% of them back in 2016.. Then there are those cases represented by lawyers that take more time in processing which takes more time away from trying to streamline the charges.. You may recall bo stopped the immigration judges from doing mass quantity hearings of people they already knew because of the paper work filed already confirmed they did not qualify... A big contributor to where we are now..
