Have to ask why are all these bankers being killed.
"Over the weekend the world was gripped by the drama surrounding the mysterious murder-homicide of the former CEO of Dutch bank ABN Amro and members of his family, and whether there is more foul play than meets the eye. However, that is nothing compared to what just happened in the tiny, and all too quiet Principality of Lichtenstein, where moments ago the CEO of local financial institution Bank Frick & Co. AG, Juergen Frick, was shot dead in the underground garage of the bank located in the city of Balzers."........
First, the obvious. People identify bankers with the global financial crisis. It could be random folks getting aggressive.
Now, the less obvious. That's definitely a conspiracy level of murdering going on. But I don't see how an organization would benefit from killing people who, in the wider scheme of things, merely handle money. That is, unless their goal is to destroy those who handle money. This could be the work of anti-economy terrorists.
They could want only to destroy modern economic systems or they could be trying to manipulate economies for their benefit. Either one would be terrible.

An interesting issue to keep an eye on.
There have been 2 theories. One is most all these guys were IT guys and there are many investigations going on in the banking system outside the US.
The other is that they are worth more dead than alive.

The link is old. It is now illegal to take out a life insurance policy on anyone without their knowledge. Considering that, there is really no incentive for a banker plot. Bankers are like cockroaches. There may be a few visible on the floor but there are always many times more in the walls and woodwork. New MBAs are minted daily.
Note the patent renewal is 04/11/2013 . The banks aren't required to follow laws and are to big to jail. They even patented their little scheme and renamed it BOLI.

Whatever the reasoning behind the murders, there does appear to be a conspiracy to eliminate world bankers.
I don't know. Why would you think a banker with unlimited resources wouldn't pick hurling himself down a 40 foot isolated highway embankment or 8 shoots to the head and torso with a nail gun as the preferred suicide method of choice? They seem to begetting either desperate or sloppy if they expect us all to be buying it.

Your first paragraph is what I believe is taking place. Many people were screwed by investment bankers a few years ago and since the courts haven't dealt with them it appears justice is being brought to the bankers. Maybe there is a Dexter or two in the banking industry?
