Attack Imminent
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Pentagon is scrambling to protect America's power grid amid fears of imminent nuclear attack by North Korea.

North Korea warned the U.S. that "nuclear war may break out any moment."


President Trump is facing this threat head-on and he is not backing down. Trump announced North Korea "will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen."

North Korea realizes they can't beat us with brute military force on the conventional battlefield. We are way too strong for that.

However we do have a weakness that North Korea or other foreign terrorists can use against us...

Our crumbling electric grid.

Former CIA official Dr. Peter Pry warns, "There is an imminent threat... to the national electric grid and not just to a single U.S. city."

When our electric grid fails, it will be like watching America have a heart attack right before your eyes. Because when the heart stops pumping... everything shuts down and the patient flat lines.

Our enemies could cripple our great country in a matter of minutes, without having to fire a single bullet. They could just sit back and watch as we self-destruct through looting, rioting and the targeting of police officers.

It's a frightening idea, but worst of all...

It may already be happening.

On April 21, three major U.S. cities - New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco - experienced virtually simultaneous power outages. Businesses emptied. Schools closed. Subway commuters were stuck underground in the dark.

Rumors immediately started flying that a cyber-attack had caused all three blackouts.

The "official" word in San Francisco was that the outage was caused by a fire in a substation. In Los Angeles, high winds were blamed. In New York, an equipment failure was the announced culprit.

Perhaps those were the real causes. Or maybe these simultaneous blackouts were dry runs for future attacks.

We may never know the truth.

But former CIA official Dr. Peter Pry says that attacks on just 9 of the nation's 55,000 electrical substations could result in nationwide blackouts for up to 18 months.

Our government is woefully unprepared.

It seems like the government has been fixated on taking more and more away from people who worked hard to earn it, while doing virtually nothing to secure our nation's infrastructure.

At the heart of historical Korean ideology is a supremacist element of ruling the world, just like Nazi-ism and Islam. But on the other hand, they are neither crazy, nor stupid and don't want to die, which would be the inevitable result of them making any kind of serious attack on us, including an EMP which would Not knock out our nuclear subs and aircraft carriers on the other side of the world, any one of which has more striking power than the military of most nations. That is also an old article and it is a different situation now with the apparently more intelligent realizations on the part of Mr. Kim. Of course they're sneaky and can't be trusted so we always must be cautious and aware.

Whether they do or not, I find it incomprehensible that any nation would risk retaliation by the US with its immense nuclear capability and its well proven delivery capabilities. NK would be essentially wiped off the map if they struck the US or its territories, and it just might take one boomer to do it.

As a guess, I'd say that we had at least two or three boomers within range of the NK, not to mention several (3) carriers, and a significant Air Force group on Guam of B-1 and B2 Bombers, all of these nuclear-capable assets very deliberately visible or simply stated to NK intel. You can bet that a number of our officials have made Kim fully aware of what he would face if he went forward with his nuclear program, and our B-1 fly-bys sent the same physical message to him, just in case he was still delusional about our military reach.

[As an aside, can you imagine the problem a subaltern would have to approach a dictator like Kim with information he didn't want to hear? Our people most likely had to lay it all out for him, and give him a little show of force.]

Could this awakening be one reason for his folding his tent and agreeing in advance verbally to shed all kinds of nuclear capabilities and agree to meet with Trump to settle things, albeit typical of their mindset and ability to lie with a straight face?

Me worry? I have been listening to some die hard Trump supporters who apsolutly have no fear as Trump can & will fix every thing.
I have even hard the words from Trumps own mouth.

No I don't really believe that.

But over 60 years ago I & my mother were awakened at 3:am one morning at what was suppose to be a Nuclear bomb alarm.
We looked at each other & said nothing & went back to bed.

For the past 60 Plus years I have not lost any sleep over the issue & in all likely hood would just wrap my pillow around my head & go back to sleep.
If I should awake in the morning I will go about doing what ever I can.
