All I've heard you speak of is one tiny little part of prison reform...a part that would naturally favor Democrats.

I have no use whatsoever for private prisons but if you made them all state and federal overnight not one fking thing would change except for where the money ended up.

If you aren't aware, right before Grey Davis was recalled he gave the CCPOA a 30% pay raise over three years at a time CA was laying off teachers.

The CCPOA was Davis's largest donor and the most powerful union in the state.

Now Brown is doing the same thing.

You don't care a whit about prison reform or the people whose lives are being ruined while you play political games.

If we got rid of private prisons you'd be happy as a clam and never lift another finger to really reform the whole system.

If you did care you'd find out what they discussed in the prison reform powwow they just had.

I did two college papers on this subject.

Obama ignored it...as do Dems in general because prison guard unions are huge Dem campaign contributors.

Republicans ignored it too for equaly fked reasons.
