Happy Holiday weekend to everyone on OPP. Please remember our fallen and active soldiers this weekend and all that they've given up for our beautiful, free country.
God Bless you all!

If tomorrow all the things were gone
I worked for all my life
And I had to start again
With just my children and my wife
I thank my lucky stars
To be living here today
'Cause the flag still stands for freedom
And they can't take that away
And I'm proud to be an American
Where at least I know I'm free
And I won't forget the men who died
Who gave that right to me
And I'd gladly stand up next to you
And defend Her still today
'Cause there ain't no doubt
I love this land
God Bless the U.S.A.
From the lakes of Minnesota
To the hills of Tennessee
Across the plains of Texas
From sea to shining sea
From Detroit down to Houston
And New York to L.A.
Where's pride in every American heart
And it's time we stand and say
That I'm proud to be an American
Where at least I know I'm free
And I won't forget the men who died
Who gave that right to me
And I'd gladly stand up next to you
And defend Her still today
'Cause there ain't no doubt

You most likely would have rather had our soldiers fighting for Communist proliferation..Nothing that you or any other anti-American, will dim the spotlight on our men and women who served, got hurt or gave their all..if we weren't dominating with capitalism, we would be under a foreign type of government, Commie, Nazi, Sharia of which you support more than our Republic..I would venture to say..you and your type probably loath the 4th of July..

True we are both old, dog gummit, and we can both appreciate a true beauty.
She has an inner beauty, that few have, and she lost her husband who was
either in the military at the time of his death, or he died shortly thereafter,
I can't remember for sure.

Amen and amen brother age has nothing to do with beauty. Beauty comes from the heart by action and deeds.

God bless true beauty.

God bless America and President Trump and his beautiful first Lady.

Several years ago when we were at Fort Morgan which is west of Gulf Shores, Al. It was early spring before the tourists come. My husband and I were walking on the beach very early and we were completely alone! It very common to see the navy doing maneuvers and doing their thing! A lone jet came right over us quite low and I waved at him! He disappeared and then he came back over us. This time I blew him 😘 kisses! Same thing , he disappeared and came back! This time I did a dance for him and waved very enthusiastically! The last time he came over us he go even lower and tipped his wing so that I could see him! Then he did the wave thing for us! I absolutely cried ....... I couldn’t have been more proud or honored if I had of been his Grandmother!

Such special moments like you got to share with that pilot sure brings it all home doesn’t it??

When my nephew was going in a driver came for him, it was the one that had walked Tyler through and as he was about to leave He asked him if he could salute his dad?? The man dressed in fatige type uniform suddenly stood at attention looked at Tyler and said~ “you damn well should, son.” Tyler stood tall, fighting back tears saluted his dad.. Tex to see the two of them so filled with pride I couldn't help but cry.. After Dad saluted him he went running to Ty, hugged him big time and said, I have always been proud of you today, the proudest..That did it for me!!!

Sorry, Kan but I just have to say this!!
Nikki take your BS elsewhere!! This is a thread honoring our fallen who gave their life in fact to protect this country and every single one of us!! You are a disgrace and a coward to make such a statement!!!!!

Just remember this , every single one of our esteemed military that died did so so you could sit at your desk being some kind of keyboard commando disrespecting them !! Say Thank You and then shut the hell up!! I bet YOU never served!!!!

To all who has read this assinine comment and served I apologize !!! Consider the source!!!
