E-Verify. My company uses it, and it works. We rejected a truck driver based on it. His SS number was no good.

You haven't looked very hard. I'd like to see them swinging from an adjoining gibbet. There is also the not-so-small matter of the vast amount of drugs that are smuggled into our country along the Southern border. I have an idea...if you are a wetback caught smuggling drugs into this country, life at hard labor with no parole, assuming you escape the afore-mentioned gallows or guillotine. Let's face it; about 2% of the illegals who cross the border are engaged in agricultural activity. They are not the problem and never have been. Neither are legal entries who overstay their visas by a couple of months.
Abolish penalties for these people, and increase them for non-agricultural workers and long term visa overstays.
There are currently about one million Mexicans who are patiently waiting for US citizenship the legal way. They care enough to respect our laws and put up with the bureaucratic bullshit concomitant with applying for US citizenship, and they can't catch a break. These are people who have already demonstrated that they respect our laws and most all of them will doubtless make very good citizens. How about we help them and deal very harshly with the wetbacks and their US citizen enablers?

Yes America has law, but as usually the Demon-Rats swamp dwelling traitors ignored the laws and hire them at half the normal wage and use them as illegal voters. All in violation of standing laws.
