It seems that, on the whole, black Americans are exhibiting immaturity: lacking both conceptual maturity and behavioral maturity. And certainly sexual maturity. By that I mean they have an immature attitude towards sexual desires and sexual impulses.

Immigration, and how gets tied to the Farm Bill in order to sneak it past the American public. (Oh here a thought) Let's tie it to the raises that Congress, and Senate is going to ask for!

Are you talking about reparations that leftist blacks owe to white Americans for bringing their ancestors to such a great country like the US instead of to the islamic countries of the Middle East that seriously tortured their very numerous slaves and still do to this day?? The black man has the highest standard of living and more freedom here than any country in the world. The black man should be thankful for a white Christian nation that fought to erradicate slavery and was one of the 1st to outlaw slavery. No other country had a civil war with one of its prime reasons being to stop slavery!!!Reparations could be a 2 way street so be careful what you are looking for!!!
