There have been numerous Middle Easterners with suspected and known terror ties apprehended sneaking across the Mexican Border. The drug cartels have lots of experience smuggling people and contraband over the border. It is no big deal for them to connive with terrorists. I don't know about training camps, but it would not surprise me; and given that border jumpers are like cockroaches; if you catch one, you can bet there are five or ten you missed. There are people with terror ties being smuggled over the border into this country for certain, because if we have caught any, that means there are more that were missed. The cartels have a pretty good track record of smuggling, otherwise there would be far less drugs in this country.
