And that money that was "pouring" in was miniscule compared to what Hillary grafted on a daily basis. The only real PROOF of ANY kind of Russian collusion is between Hillary, the DNC, and Obam's weaponized intelligence agencies. What is appalling is the Democrats in Congress and their accomplices and collaborators in the media KNOW all this but continue this false narrative because they REFUSE to lose the election, even though they did. They are in fact trying to overturn the election and unseat a duly elected president because they think the American people don't deserve to decide who governs them. While you are correct, that does not mean that the Justice Department is at the disposal of the President, whoever he may be..
the Justice Department is to serve American citizens. Not be the personal enforcement of the president..
Also, while the President does appoint the head as he does for all the dept and agency. The balance are hired as any large staff in an organization is..
to be sure that appointment must be ratified by congress..
