I have people who "manage" my portfolios also, however I am the one who makes the decisions on when or if to sell. Real estate, other than virgin land has plateaued. It will not go up until after the immigration issue is settled. So, all you want to be flippers.... not a good time to try to make money in established homes.

As for obama and his book deals..... Of thee I sing was published in 2010.... I think he was in the White House at that time. And Audacity of Hope was published in 2006.... again, was he not in the White House? And did he not collect $3.7 million from government salaries while in the White House? I would guess that obama sat around eating certified halal foods and figuring out how he could fit another 50 million muslims into the USA.

The Trump family wealth is handled by an expert real estate management team. Why would you expect "it" to go down? What's happened, besides a tough NY real estate market, is that Trump's brand has taken an extreme hit. This is why he's lost wealth for two years running and why he will probably keep losing. As for Obama he gained most of that money prior to being elected president off four book deals but even if he was writing books at least he wasn't sitting around eating cheese burgers and watching Fox News trying to figure out what to do next...

If you are guided by love shouldn't it be evident in your actions? I'm pretty sure Christ said to love everyone not just yourselves. It's easy to love those who think like you but if you view everyone else as demons then I don't think you know much of love at all...

Real estate depends on where you are at. Here in Dallas it's not close to a plateau and aside from apartment complexes I don't deal in residential real estate. The market won't go down until there is over capitalism in the total market. We aren't there yet. As for Obama, unless you have some kind of real proof that he gained it illegally then I don't see exactly what point you are trying to make--you like your presidents better if they are losing money???

Let me ask you this--do you think Trump is someone who will wait around and watch his fortune disappear? I think a president who is desperate for money the most untrustworthy there could possibly be...

That wasn't much of a challenge though and it's not like it was his intent! He was more shocked to be president than Hillary was so I think your Establishment slayer is a bit of a pipe dream...

Real estate is dependent on where you are investigating possibilities to invest. However, real estate will not go above what it was in 2009 or about that timeline, depending on location. Pretty much across the nation, it is either leveling off or has already plateaued.

I did not imply that obama made his $20 million, while he was employed as our president, was illegal.
I was only drawing a contrast between President Trump, who is letting his personal fortune go without his personal attention and who is focusing on rebuilding the USA and obama who appears to have had plenty of time to go about the business of promoting his published work. And that time and energy, while he was supposed to be focusing his attention on our nation, allowed him to "earn" $20 million..... and just think, he went from an earning of $85,000 a year..... to multimillionaire in less than 4 years..... interesting.

2009 we were in the middle of a crash and my real estate holdings are at the highest they have ever been. Hell even my home appraisal is above anything it's been before. Please stop trying to tell me what I know to be wrong.

If you really think Trump is focused on rebuilding America well more power to you. And here is the Forbes article on Obama. You can agree with it or don't agree with it--I don't really care...

Then he got rid of the Johnson "amendment".

You know nothing about my actions, all you have to go on is what I've written here. In any case, you don't believe that Jesus existed, so spare me the sermonizing. We all know you have no love for Christians, conservatives, or anyone else that doesn't dance to your tune. Hypocrite.

Who said I never believed Jesus existed? Just as with Jefferson I have no problem with Jesus existence--my problem comes when we turn him into a god. And if your persona here isn't indicative of who you are then what is it? You've made it very clear you view liberals as your enemy. That being the case then everything thing I've said about you is spot on. And it's not Christians where I have my problems Blade but with you Christian Conservatives who have allowed your ideology to destroy anything Christian that was ever in your theology. Blade you are too angry to listen to anyone; you lack the courage to allow someone to challenge you and your immediate reaction is to respond with hate. You want to claim that that's not you but how can your god judge you if not on how you treat ALL others; not on how you treat those who are most like you?

Contrary to the apparent right view that this somehow says something about some great cost to the president, prior to the election the Trump name was crap, his overall resort and hotel bookings were down all over the world while the economy was indicating the rest of the industry was up. Resorts with name only licensing deals were abandoning the Trump name to try to recover bookings and sales. If Trump hadn't been elected he'd have been bankrupted soon. Winning the election surged his sales in bookings, including the RNC using his venues for events.

The right is all to prone to reading ridiculous meanings into articles like this. We won't have a clue where his worth is until he gets impeached, quits, or takes the easy out and the dust settles. He will not be a very popular fellow when he's no longer president.

They look to this as a means of affirmation of their choice of Trump. The fact that he hasn't been able to turn the office to his financial benefit doesn't mean that's not what he would like to do. He still hasn't shown anyone his tax returns nor has he separated himself from his businesses meaning that there are conflicts everywhere.

We turned Jesus into a God???? Surely you jest.

I reckon an atheist is the last person to turn to for an honest assessment of what is or is not a threat to Christian theology. You presume to know how I think, feel and live, so you pass judgement on me--I'm an angry sniveling coward. Gross misjudgement, patently false.

It would be a miracle if you could actually see the hypocrisy in what you've posted here. How often have you expressed hate and contempt for those who oppose your ungodly beliefs, specifically Christian conservatives? How often have you slandered us with your unholy rhetoric?

I can only judge that which I can see and so far nothing I've spoken has been off the mark. And yes, you, the Jews, turned Jesus into a god in order to fulfill their prophecy. That you believe in that prophecy only means you've bought into the myth. And I've said all along that my peeve isn't with Christianity but with the conservative sect that thinks they have to mix ideology and theology together into what is a bastardization of both worlds. Some of the most beautiful people I've ever met have been Christians and some of the ugliest people I've ever met have called themselves the same. As for slander, you do it to yourselves every time you spit on anyone who thinks differently than you. If you are Christians then behave as Christians and if you are not then cease with the pretense.
