This is...like...his 60th Birthday Bash.
The cute little goth girl singing with him is his daughter...she does a bangin' good job and you can tell he's proud of her at the end!
As for the look! The should be playing at a bar in the next Star Wars movie!
I wasn't impressed with him in the day...he's still weird, but ya gotta admit...he has his own style.

Do you remember Gary Numan?
I thought he was a geek when he got popular in the late 70s while I was in High School. Anyone familiar with him then would find this vid great just because the passing of time has been so kind to him and he's been blessed with three beautiful daughters who obviously think their dad is the greatest.
That doesn't happen often enough in any business much less rock and roll.
I like the song.
