I Weight 300 lbs., I Smoked Off And On For 60 Years, Less 20 That I Quite (11 Here & 4 There, 1 or 2 Back And Forth Making About 20 - 21), I'm 6'1" Not An Ounce of Muscle Except Between My Ears, ha... And I'm 75, Had 5 Bypasses 5 Years Ago, And That's About It... Above Ground Is Better Than Ashes... Don D.

I had oxygen when sent home in Dec “ acute respiratory failure”. that stuff worked!! So I know it will for you...
I dont need it now but I’ve had a couple of days when the ozone layer red light for the day is on and used just a bit..

Prayers are the greatest thing that any of us can offer, and the love and concern that we have.
A small suggestion however. Several friends who have been on supplimental oxygen have said that having a lot of plants in the house has been helpful.. the most effective one seems to be sanseveria (mother in laws tongue ) It provides a lot of oxygen and cleans the air. It is so hardy that you don't have to work to keep it alive and a number of plants in a room help with oxygen that refreshes the skin and keeps it from drying out. Cats and dogs seldom try to eat it and it has no particular odor. It is cheap and a half dozen plants would be helpful. When you no longer need the extra oxygen you can always give the plants to a nursing home.I have a number of them around and they help the orchids bloom so right now I have around 20 orchid plants in bloom. The dogs leave them alone and they really brighten up a room.

Strange it is.. I’ m getting email notices because I suppisedly sent spam notice.. Admin say back onnthe 16th.. But I had not sent spam notice nor is it in my spam folders.. Also read just today others talking about sloweddddddd time to get on or switch threads etc.. Neither having trouble anywhere else but on here...
