What is of interest is the 1974 law pasted by Congress to regain power over spending..?Imagine that a bill that says they have to spend the funds allocated and can not not spend it unless full disclosure to Congress as to why it isnt being spent ismade known to Congress..

1st: the Omnibus is not a True Budget but only a spending guideline aka spending resolution ~ 2nd: Omnibus stategies are used so that "puppet congressional members" can add in all of backroom "pork-fat" monies & favors to payback their silent donors & supporters ~ The Omnibus allows for House & Senate leaders [and their owners/donors] to construte their mutual schemes between both party leaders, add in all of their payback favors and then present it for votes [with a very short time frame] or the "sky is falling" and "it will be a Gov Shutdown" ~

3rd: Also the Omnibus has been used in the past to covertly include issues & spending that the enemies within know that would never approve of and whereby limit the prez's veto powers ~ 4th: Normally these tricks go un-noticed and when contested are usually "spun" by the corrupt media, yet in President Trump's case it is not a normal situation, because the Euro Elitist who have owned and controlled congress for many years have a "central objective" to destroy Trump by any means possible ~

5th: Probable with the "deep state bad actors" involved in this last Omnibus is that they thought they had Pres Trump boxed in with this scheme but backfired and it has exposed all of the Rothschild's puppets that have been pretending to "serve & protect the people" and further proves that they are "bought & paid for" ~ 6th: When I say "backfired" on these "enemies within", I point to the facts that once the people really understand how these bought & paid for politicians have actually attempted to "Sell Out the American People" then it will be their politican demise in the 2018 & 2020's election ~
