Not to sound morally superior,but how could anyone leave the place of accident knowing that somebody is trapped under water in a car and not call for help???.And then wait for 10hrs before reporting it to the police!!!And most disgusting get only 2 months suspended sentence????This is evil!!!Disgusting!!!
