Evidently 45 DOES know when he is lying. Good! That means that when he goes before Mueller,he will be detected for lying. He can't escape that by giving the impression that he is senile or such an uncontrollable liar that he doesn't know when he's doing it. He won't be able to dodge by claiming that he is mentally ill enough to be excused. Besides lying, his biggest problem is that he can't control his mouth!
