Just goes to show how weak Mueller's case is against Manafort. Think about this, he signed a document that essentially says "tell me what you want to hear and I will nod in agreement." Before the latest charges, he faced up to 70 years in jail and a sizable fine. Now he faces 70 years in prison and a sizable fine. So, did he make a good deal?

I believe that she is still a major part of the foundation, I know that she, as late as 2017 was giving talks to raise money for them. I think that the mandate expanded due to disclosures in "Clinton Cash." Foreign officials and governments were big donors to the Clintons' family foundation, and there were concerns in the Obama administration about conflicts of interest between the foundation and Hillary Clinton's work at Secretary of State.

But during the presidential campaign, evidence emerged that both Clinton and the foundation had failed to live up to those promises. Clinton and her top officials continued to have a cozy relationship with the foundation throughout her tenure at State, and evidence strongly suggest that Clinton was granting access and favors to major Clinton Foundation donors.

In addition, the Clinton Foundation accepted millions of donations from foreign governments while Hillary was at State, including one that violated an ethics agreement it had with the Obama administration. https://www.investors.com/politics/clinton-foundation-scandal/ I do not think anything will become of this investigation... just like the email servers, it will be swept under a rug.
